We’re looking for Alums and aspiring comrades to start the new year with a rigorous regimen! Join us for our new boot camps and one on one sessions. Also, coming up is the Mid Michigan Kettlebell Competition. An event I have both participated in as well as coached and supported fellow lifters. The event will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 9:30am to 2:00pm at Fun Strength Gym, 50200 Dennis Court, Wixom, MI.
